1. Club Sun N Sand Resort has a total of 300 rooms in four categories
2. These categories include 260 standard rooms, 35 deluxe rooms, 4 Executive Suites & 1 Presidential Suite.
3. For standard rooms, the following are the room amenities; Double and single bed, TV, balcony, bath/shower, air-conditioning, pedestal fan, mini-bar (nominal charge), telephone (that is chargeable), hair dryer, Tea & Coffee making facilities and a room safe.
4. The Deluxe rooms have in addition to the above, bigger spaces and face the sea
5. Executive Rooms have a bedroom with a Queen Bed
6. The Royal Suite on the other hand has two bedrooms with a large King size bed and a lounge area with better furnishings  befitting a VIP.
