Location

Swala Camp is located in Tarangire National Park. Serengeti Park is about 114 km from Arusha and the camp is 67km into the park. Flying here will take you approximately 45 minutes followed by a 30minute drive to the camp.

Accommodation

1. In Swala Camp we have a total of 12 guest tents shaded by tall acacia trees and within sight of the well-frequented waterhole.
2. Each tent has its own private butler attending to each guest needs
3. The tents are furnished with campaign chairs, en-suite bathrooms, comfortable sofas and traditional materials
4. The tents here are very luxurious but close enough to nature to permit an exciting night under canvas.
5. The main dining area, deck and library are lifted on stilts around an enormous and ancient baobab tree, allowing guests a wide view of the
   grasslands of Tarangire.
6. Animals come right up to the camp to drink at the water hole, which the deck overlooks, and leopard is also often spotted among the baobabs nearby.
