LOCATION:

Tembo Hotel, located at the heart of the Zanzibar town, surrounded by historical buildings at the seafront is designed to offer a delightful appearance of sunset in the Indian Ocean and a true picture of Zanzibar by night.

The 19th Century restored Tembo Hotel is ornamented with Oriental and Zanzibar traditional furniture and antiques which are rarely seen in the islands. It is only 15 minutes drive from Zanzibar airport and 5 minutes from the harbour.

1. There is a snack bar out by the pool, which is quite a nice location.
2. As we said before, this is a dry hotel too, so don't get thinking about a cold beer whilst you sit there in the shade by the pool.
