Virgin Tours offers cab services within the city of Nairobi and yearns to be recognized as the preferred taxi service provider to you and your organization. Our mission statement is to provide a high quality taxicab service on 24-hour basis within Nairobi and its environs and to delight our clients by provision of comfortable vehicles with prompt responsiveness at all times.
The following measures have been taken to guarantee your safety, security and comfort at all times while using our services.
The vehicles are conveniently located in various parts of the City to ensure prompt response and to ensure the client has a cab within the shortest time possible upon calling for one. Some of the bases where the vehicles are located are:
Maintenance Our maintenance is time based maintenance in which qualified technician are laid on the ground for a day to day inspection after which they send the cars to companies recommend garages i.e. Pak service and Bemu motors for repairs and re-inspection. Cleanliness All the fleet is cleaned daily. There is also a laid down for program executive wash (upholstery) which is done monthly while the engine and under-wash are done after a forty night. Vehicles We have a number of categories for our vehicles they include:
Comfort Most of our cabs are fitted CD player while others are fitted with normal AM/FM radio systems fitted with FM expanders and they comply with music copy right of Kenya regulations to keep our clients comfortable and informed. Each cab has un umbrella for convenience especially during rainy times.
Safety All our fleet comply with road safety regulation their tiers are all in good condition including the spare tire, they are all fitted with first aid kits, fire extinguisher, and a pair of life savers. All our fleet is fitted with safety belts which are in proper working condition. Speed limit for all of our vehicles is 80 kph within Nairobi and its environs |
