Our aim is to have Virgin Tours be recognized as the preferred taxi service provider to your organization. The following measures have been taken to guarantee your safety, security and comfort at all times while using our services. - All drivers meet the statutory requirements to serve as Public Service drivers
- All drivers go through Customer Care
- Training for the comfort of our clients
Security - All our vehicles are clearly labeled on both sides with the Company Logo and all drivers are in uniform and carry identification badges with photos which are clearly displayed at all times.
- All vehicles are equipped with Virgin Tours paging boards in the event they are picking a client from the airport and in any event all drivers have been instructed on the need to fully identify themselves when picking clients or visitors who are foreign to them.
- The radio control room is manned for 24 hours for prompt response to emergencies
- All our vehicles are fitted with Stoic, an on line real time tracking devises offering the following security benefits:
- Vehicle Tracking and Recovery facility - Roadside Rescue and Security in the event a vehicle breakdown or an unforeseen problem - Ambulance rapid response in the event of an accident
Every information received from our clients regarding our operations is channeled through this department. Our customer care staff will periodically visit our clients to gather information, suggestions and complains which may arise during our operations. This information is channeled through and solved amicably and then the resolutions are communicated to the clients.
