- Our call center is manned and operates 24/7 thus our team will inform you immediately in case of delays/complications and also keep you informed as the situation is addressed and resolved
- We are flexible. We can pick up that urgent parcel on Sunday and deliver it on the same day within Nairobi.
That is where the difference comes! Courier Services Normal Mail Service Same Day: - Pick up and delivery within the city
- Delivery achieved by 5.00pm on the same day.
Standard Next Day: - For your less urgent packages
- Delivery achieved on the next day by 5.00pm
Urgent Service: - For Nairobi and its environs
- Delivery done two hours from the time of collection.
Temporary Call-ins: - For individuals or institutions with low volume of mail
- Suitable for clients who call for services on “in- need” basis.
Virgin Overnight: - Pick up and delivery for your less urgent packages across the country
- Delivery achieved on the second day before 5.00pm.
Tailor Made services: Scheduled Service: - A courier is sent to the client at specified times daily depending on his/her requirements
- Collection/delivery for same day expedition
Dedicated Service: - Courier is dedicated to your office needs on a daily basis.
- He reports to your office and will be at your service throughout the day.
- His duties include all mail runs and parcel delivery.
- For this service, Virgin courier guarantees a back up courier and motorbike incase of any breakdown to ensure smooth operation.
In-house Errands:
1.Dedicated and stationed at the clients premises to support the client fully with all incoming and outgoing mails. His duty can also include photocopying and running short errands. Sunday Pick - Ups:
We are flexible and we will pick up your package on Sunday and deliver it the same day within Nairobi.
